AI-Based Sustainable and Intelligent Offloading Framework for IIoT in Collaborative Cloud-Fog Environments

The cloud paradigm is one of the most trending areas in today’s era due to its rich profusion of services. However, it fails to serve the latency-sensitive Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) applications associated with automotives, robotics, oil and gas, smart communications, Industry 5.0, etc. Hence, to strengthen the capabilities of IIoT, fog computing has emerged as a promising solution for latency-aware IIoT tasks. However, the resource-constrained nature of fog nodes puts forth another substantial issue of offloading decisions in resource management. Therefore, we propose an Artificial Intelligence (AI)-enabled intelligent and sustainable framework for an optimized multi-layered integrated cloud fog-based environment where real-time offloading decisions are accomplished as per the demand of IIoT applications and analyzed by a fuzzy based offloading controller. Moreover, an AI based Whale Optimization Algorithm (WOA) has been incorporated into a framework that promises to search for the best possible resources and make accurate decisions to ameliorate various Quality-of-Service (QoS) parameters. The experimental results show an escalation in makespan time up to 37.17%, energy consumption up to 27.32%, and execution cost up to 13.36% in comparison to benchmark offloading and allocation schemes

Soumanasya Garbhjananam (piece of mind) causes production of Garbha. As per Acharya Charaka’s guideline, this is a one type of Adravya Chikitsa not mere the placebo effect in the current era as many gynecologists also opine the same aspect with Charaka by means not having any deformity relates to male/female infertility. Thus the topic has keenly reviewed with other substantial approaches to prove the concept of Soumanasya Garbhajananam. The legacy of Charaka has been interpreted with special reference to Shareera Sthana of Charaka Samhita as well as Yonivyapat in Chikitsa Sthana. To evaluate this concept on the basic principle of Karyakarana Siddhant Vada has been enumerated on the parallel lines of current sexual enjoyment era. Day today practice it is also evident the concept of Soumanasya Garbhajananam. It is a matter of further research to calibrate the Soumanasya Bhava which it differs from individual to individual

Effect of Dietary Protein and Lipid Levels on the Reproductive Performance and Body Composition of Angelfish, Pterophyllum scalare (Schultze, 1823)

A study to determine the effect of increasing levels of dietary protein and lipid on Pterophyllum scalare was carried out using twelve semi-purified diets varying in dietary protein (P) and lipid (L) levels (48P8L, 48P12L, 48P16L, 50P8L, 50P12L, 50P16L, 52P8L, 52P12L, 52P16L, 54P8L, 54P12L and 54P16L). Broodstock performance was evaluated based on relative fecundity, fertilization rate, hatching rate, egg size, spawning interval, egg and body composition of P. scalare broodstock. Egg production was highest from fish fed with 50P12L, 52P12L and 52P16L diets. Fish fed the 50P12L and 52P12L diets tended to spawn at shorter intervals. Relative fecundity, fertilization rate, hatching rate, egg size and relative hatchling number, were all significantly higher on diets containing 52% protein than at lower levels. There was no significant difference in hatchling length but hatchling weight differed significantly (P < 0.05) with dietary protein and lipid levels. The protein content of fish and eggs was also influenced (P < 0.05) by dietary protein and lipid levels. It is therefore suggested that in P. scalare broodstock fed with 50-52% protein and 12% lipid, reproductive performance, egg and larval quality improved compared with other diets

1957-1959Reaction of 4-oxo-4H-[1]-benzopyran-3-carboxaldehydes with 3-methyl-1-phenylpyrazolin-5(4H)-one in dioxane in the presence of triethylamine affords 3-methyl-4- [(chromon-3-yl)methylene]-phenylpyrazolin-5(4H)-ones 3a-k. Condensation of 3 with thiourea in alcoholic KOH under reflux yields 2-thio-5-hydroxy-5H[1]-benzopyrano[4,3-d]pyrimidines 6a-h
